5 Of Our Favorite Nutritious Beverages
If you saw last week’s post, you know that this month we’re celebrating National Nutrition Month! In addition to nutritious energy bars, we’re recommending five of our favorite nutritious beverages. Sometimes it’s easy to forget how important it is to drink beverages that are good for you — especially when you’re working out. We’re including a variety of drinks so no matter your preference, you’ll be able to find a company below that sells a drink you like!
1. RightWater | Water
As you may know, an adult human body is composed of up to 60% water, so keeping yourself hydrated is a must (as cited by the United States Geological Survey). The problem that many run into is staying hydrated, while using disposable plastic water bottles is incredibly convenient, it’s also terrible for the planet.
